Creating Connections & Community through Expressive Art, Music Making and Mindfulness
Reduce Stress, Anxiety, and Burnout

Create meaningful connections in your SUD programs through Expressive Art, Music Making, & Mindfulness.
Sometimes, talking is not enough to help in the healing process of those suffering from SUD or mental health. Nonverbal activities have been shown to be highly effective in assisting individuals to make meaning in their lives. Tapping into creativity is more than a recreational activity; it fosters a deep sense of connection, and when it is done in a community, it can build stronger connections.
Research has shown that connection and community are the two most important aspects of healthy coping in life. Discover the power of entrainment in building trust and fostering meaningful connections. Understand your role as a participant in the creative process and how it improves connection. Experience the steps in community building. This is an experiential, workshop that is offered both in-person and virtually.
